Delivery and Online Orders

When you order online you will be given two options for delivery. Collect from our shop in Horsforth or free delivery (when you spend over £20, there will be a £2 charge if under £20) within 5km of the shop. We have chosen these options as we don't want any damages to occur in transit either through royal mail or another delivery company.

If you choose shop collection, your order will be ready to collect by 11am the following day. 

Orders placed before midnight on a Sunday will be delivered the following Monday between 10am and 2pm. We will leave your order with a neighbour if you aren't in and leave a card to let you know who it is with.

If your order is out of stock we will let you know as soon as possible.

Returns

We are happy to exchange or issue a credit note in respect of any unwanted item, returned to us in a fully resalable condition, along with proof of purchase, within 28 days.
